Really good Service and Amenities

The staff demonstrated very nice care and understanding of guest needs. They provided empathetic service and paid close attention to detail. I especially appreciated the beautiful artwork displayed throughout the hotel (a feast for the eyes). I also found the pool and massage services to be first-rate.

I experienced a delay when trying to get assistance with luggage upon my early morning arrival, it took a while until someone helped me with my belongings.

really good service helpful luggage assistance empty dispenser housekeeping supervision

The service from the valet boys was really good. Vadivelu and Arun always greeted me with a smile and offered help with my luggage (always appreciated after a long day of meetings).

The housekeeping team needs more supervision. I arrived very early in the morning, and no one helped me with my luggage after the scanning machine. the body wash dispenser was empty. No one checked it.
